Novex Communications is a pioneering leader in music licensing, anti-piracy, and copyright protection, partnering with prominent music labels such as Saregama, Zee, YRF, TIPS and more. Novex protects public performance rights and ensures legal music distribution for commercial and event spaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceive and develop efficient, intuitive marketing strategies focused on music licensing, and brand awareness.​
  • Manage social media platforms by collaborating with the graphic design team to conceptualize, create, and schedule engaging creatives and videos tailored to brand campaigns and public engagement initiatives.
  • Execute advertising and communication campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), email marketing and promotional events.​​
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate industry trends, audience engagement, brand awareness and competition ventures.​
  • Monitor and report marketing campaign progress using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager), optimize creative assets and submit performance reports.​
  • Coordinate website updates, label additions, catalogue management and information flow between teams to ensure accurate and timely digital presence.​
  • Collaborate effectively with sales, design and business development teams for enhanced lead generation, campaign execution and cross-functional synergy.​
  • Ensure all campaigns and communications align with Novex's values, compliance standards and objectives in music copyright and anti-piracy areas.​​

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • MBA in marketing field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in integrated digital marketing and campaign execution (social media, video, email, website).​
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on expertise in Mailchimp, Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with an ability to simplify complex subjects for broad audiences.​​
  • Expertise in managing media vendor relationships and collaborating across departments.​
  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability to evolving market trends and digital tools.​
