Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Andheri West

Experience: 5+ years in Digital Marketing (agency or brand side)

Reports to: Director / CEO

Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our overall digital marketing operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of performance marketing, SEO, digital / Social brand building, and optimization of campaigns. The role involves managing multiple digital brands, SEO, driving ROI, and ensuring consistent growth and visibility across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned media.

· Lead performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, etc.) focused on ROI, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

. Strategize and implement SEO (on page, off page & technical SEO)

· Plan, allocate, and optimize digital budgets across channels to maximize results and efficiency.

· Drive social media, SEO, SEM, email, and content marketing initiatives to enhance digital presence.

· Analyse performance reports and campaign analytics, providing actionable insights and dashboards for leadership.

· Collaborate with creative, design, and content teams to ensure effective campaign execution.

· Stay updated with digital trends, new tools, and platform innovations to implement best practices.

· Manage digital vendors, media agencies, and performance partners for efficient campaign delivery.

· Lead, mentor, and upskill the digital marketing team for high productivity and innovation.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in handling 360° digital marketing and performance-driven campaigns.

· Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, SEO/SEM, Social Media Strategy, and Marketing Automation Tools.

· Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in reporting tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI, etc.).

· Ability to manage multiple brands and deliver results within defined budgets.

· Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience in healthcare/pharma/consumer brands (preferred, not mandatory).
