We are looking for a dedicated and self-driven Export Executive/Manager to handle our complete export operations.

This role requires someone who can independently manage everything from identifying buyers to final shipment, ensuring smooth and efficient international trade operations.

Key Responsibilities


• Identify and connect with potential international buyers.


• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with buyers.


• Manage payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections.


• Coordinate with logistics partners for shipments.


• Handle all export-related documentation (invoices, packing lists, LC, BL, etc.).


• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.


• Provide regular updates to management and maintain full transparency on operations.

Requirements


• Proven experience in export/import operations or international trade.


• Strong negotiation and communication skills.


• Knowledge of export documentation, payment terms, and shipping processes.


• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the process.


• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
