Roles & Responsibilities
- Co-ordination and Support
- Calendar Management: Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication Management: Handling email, phone calls, and other communications, filtering information to ensure the director's focus on critical tasks.
- Attending meetings and framing Minutes of meeting (MOM).
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook) is essential.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential. Multi-lingual communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain organized records.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
