We are excited to announce that we are hiring for the position of Inside Sales Executive (Male) at our Chennai office. If you are a dynamic, results-driven sales professional with a passion for IT/SaaS/ERP sales, this opportunity is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Engage with leads through outbound cold calls to identify opportunities and convert them into potential clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Build, maintain, and nurture a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • International B2B Sales: Leverage your experience in international cold-calling to establish connections with businesses, particularly in the IT, SAAS, and ERP sectors.
  • Customer Engagement: Understand client needs, present relevant solutions, and effectively position the company's products and services.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify prospective clients and tailor sales strategies to target them.
  • CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and pre-sales teams to align sales efforts with broader business strategies.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct consistent follow-ups with leads to keep them engaged and close deals successfully.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2 to 4 years) in international cold-calling, lead generation, and B2B sales, preferably in IT/SAAS/ERP domains.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with decision-makers effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in the EST time zone and handle time-sensitive opportunities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in learning about customer needs.

Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai.

Work Timing: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (EST Time Zone)

Working Days: Monday to Friday
