About Us:
Smiles Hospitals is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering world-class care with compassion. To strengthen our engagement with the medical community, we are looking for a dynamic Referral Marketing Executive who can build strong relationships with general practitioners (GPs) and ensure consistent patient referral flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with General Practitioners (GPs) and other medical professionals across the city.
- Introduce and promote Smiles Hospitals' specialties, facilities, and services to doctors and clinics.
- Act as the primary point of contact between GPs and the hospital to ensure smooth coordination.
- Organize and manage CME programs, workshops, health talks, and other engagement events for doctors.
- Monitor and drive referral patient flow to the hospital, ensuring effective follow-up and relationship management.
- Maintain a structured database of doctors and referral partners, tracking interactions and engagement.
- Regularly update doctors on new treatments, doctors joining the hospital, success stories, and other hospital developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design referral engagement strategies and support execution.
- Provide monthly reports on referral activities, event outcomes, and patient flow growth.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in referral marketing, hospital liaison, or pharmaceutical fieldwork preferred.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to organize medical events (CMEs/doctor meets).
- Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork across the city.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and local medical fraternity will be an added advantage.
