Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell IT solutions to potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Handle end-to-end sales processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a great customer experience.
- Represent Elcom professionally and share our vision with clients.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B or tech sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage clients and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge or interest in Cloud/IT solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
