Key Responsibilities
Office & Facility Management
- Oversee daily operations of the Pune office and other facilities, ensuring smooth functioning of infrastructure, seating, IT coordination, housekeeping, and security.
- Maintain and monitor stock of office supplies, safety equipment, and administrative resources.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Factory Act license, Fire & Safety norms, IATF documentation, etc.) in coordination with relevant teams.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate internal meetings, reviews, and company events, ensuring timely communication and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, service agreements, and compliance documents.
Finance & Compliance Support
- Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and expense tracking.
- Liaise with Finance team to ensure smooth audits, vendor payments, and stock reconciliations.
- Support preparation of reports for management reviews and audits.
HR & People Coordination (Support Role)
- Assist HR in onboarding, maintaining attendance, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and compliance programs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 36 years of experience in office administration, procurement, or operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and internal coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with ERP/Zoho tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinates with: Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Business Teams.
- Supervises: Office Assistants, Housekeeping, and Support Staff.
