Key Responsibilities: -

* Sales & Business Development

· Drive pre-owned vehicle sales targets through effective lead management, pricing strategies, and customer engagement.

· Develop and implement monthly and quarterly sales plans aligned with dealership goals.

· Monitor and optimize the vehicle inventory mix, pricing strategy, and aging stock.

· Collaborate with the Marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and events to drive footfall and inquiries.

*Team Leadership

· Lead, mentor, and motivate the pre-owned sales team to achieve KPIs.

· Provide regular coaching, product training, and performance evaluations.

· Set individual targets and monitor performance with timely feedback.

*Customer Experience

· Ensure all customers receive a premium experience, aligned with Audi brand values.

· Resolve escalated customer issues and support the team in closing high-value deals.

· Promote the value proposition of the Audi Approved: plus, certification process to build trust and confidence.

*Key Skills & Competencies

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Proven track record in automotive sales, preferably in the luxury or CPO segment.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.

· Deep understanding of used vehicle pricing, procurement, and reconditioning

*Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the luxury vehicle segment and/or certified pre-owned programs is a strong advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
