Position: GM B2B Sales (Pharma / Nutraceuticals)

Experience: 15-20 years

Location: Pune

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead B2B sales operations for a reputed organization in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, leading a high-performing team, and managing customer relationships across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent revenue performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion avenues.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Provide market intelligence to support product development, pricing, and strategy.
  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
  • Oversee team training, performance management, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Postgraduate degree in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Pharmacy / related sciences.
  • 15-20 years of B2B sales experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sectors.
  • Proven success in leading and scaling sales teams.
  • Strong industry network and customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM tools.
  • (Preferred) Degree/Diploma in Management (Marketing) and exposure to international sales.
