Position: GM B2B Sales (Pharma / Nutraceuticals)
Experience: 15-20 years
Location: Pune
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead B2B sales operations for a reputed organization in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, leading a high-performing team, and managing customer relationships across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent revenue performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion avenues.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Provide market intelligence to support product development, pricing, and strategy.
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Oversee team training, performance management, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Postgraduate degree in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Pharmacy / related sciences.
- 15-20 years of B2B sales experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sectors.
- Proven success in leading and scaling sales teams.
- Strong industry network and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM tools.
- (Preferred) Degree/Diploma in Management (Marketing) and exposure to international sales.
