Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a General Manager at Antyoday Multistate Co-operative Credit Society Ltd. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations and strategic planning of the organization, including financial management, member services, compliance adherence, and staff management. The role involves fostering organizational growth, implementing operational strategies, and ensuring the smooth execution of key co-operative activities. The General Manager will also play a key role in stakeholder communication and decision-making processes, contributing to the organization's long-term success.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with a strong understanding of governance and operational oversight
- Financial management expertise, including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis
- Strategic planning and decision-making abilities to guide the organization towards sustainable growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Problem-solving and critical thinking proficiency to address organizational challenges
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the financial services or cooperative sector is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in finance, management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is advantageous
- Experience in cooperative societies, financial institutions, or similar organizations is a plus
