About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who will help new customers get onboarded smoothly, resolve their technical issues, guide them on how to use the platform, and ensure a great support experience.

This role requires communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Assist new customers with account setup, onboarding, and product activation.
  • Understand customer requirements and guide them on how to use the platform efficiently.
  • Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp, email, and calls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or coordinate with the technical team when required.
  • Educate customers about product features, updates, and best practices.
  • Maintain customer conversations and status updates in CRM/helpdesk.
  • Ensure timely resolution and follow-up until the issue is fully closed.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills (English/Hindi preferred).
  • Basic technical understanding and ability to learn new software/tools quickly.
  • Problem-solving mindset and patience while assisting customers.
  • Ability to work with ticketing/support tools like Freshdesk, HubSpot, or similar (training can be provided).
  • Previous experience in customer support, onboarding, or technical support will be an advantage.
