Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned
Data and Analytics Leader
with extensive experience in delivering end-to-end Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions across multiple industries including Automotive, Media, Retail, Banking, Life Sciences, and Pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven leadership in program management, data strategy, BI architecture, and stakeholder engagement while driving innovation and excellence across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic data and analytics programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Provide thought leadership, drive strategic decision-making, and foster stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee architecture, design, and implementation of BI and data-driven solutions.
  • Mentor and manage large, cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
  • Define and optimize processes for requirement gathering, estimation, prioritization, and delivery.
  • Ensure delivery excellence through continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Drive business development initiatives and support proposal creation.
  • Manage vendors and technology partnerships effectively.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define data strategy and roadmap for digital transformation initiatives.
