Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage loans, advances, and recoveries.
- Lead and supervise branch staff.
- Maintain customer relationships and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations.
- Drive business growth and new customer acquisition.
2. Junior Officer (Banking Operations & Marketing Male)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily banking operations and documentation.
- Provide customer service and support.
- Promote bank products and acquire new customers.
- Maintain records and reports of activities.
- Support branch targets and marketing initiatives.
