Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Branch Manager for our locations in Guntur and Vijayawada. This full-time role involves overseeing branch operations, implementing sales strategies, and leading a team to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will excel in leadership, financial analysis, and sales strategies, driving the branch to new heights.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing and inspiring teams (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in financial analysis to drive informed decision-making and improve financial performance (Mandatory skill).
  • Strategic sales skills to develop and implement effective branch sales strategies (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in customer relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Solid team management skills to lead, mentor, and optimize team performance effectively.
  • Ability to assess risks and implement strategies to mitigate financial and operational risks.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance to ensure branch operations adhere to legal standards.
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills to address and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee branch operations including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales, increase customer base, and enhance profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards and policies.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the branch team to achieve targeted sales and customer service goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to assess branch performance and implement improvements.
  • Identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies to protect branch operations.
  • Resolve conflicts and ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.
