Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Officer to join our team in key growth markets across South and West India. As a Branch Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new Current Account & Savings Account (CASA) and liability accounts through effective field sales, referrals, and cold-calling efforts.This role is ideal for professionals with direct experience in banking field sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding branch liability sales and revenue targets. You will also be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and all internal regulatory policies in daily operations.In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships within the branch network and effectively cross-sell other financial products, including insurance and mutual funds.
