What you'll do:Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. The Risk Manager will be instrumental in shaping and managing the credit and fraud risk strategies of noon's financial products.

Lead the credit risk underwriting process for new and existing customers, ensuring alignment with noon's risk appetite. Collaborate closely with Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams to formulate, implement, and refine credit policies. Monitor and manage transactional and account fraud, developing proactive strategies and systems to mitigate fraud risks.

Be responsible for the overall credit portfolio, ensuring that losses are minimized through continuous monitoring and timely interventions. Design and implement comprehensive digital collection strategies to maintain optimal portfolio performance. Stay updated and leverage service providers and advanced technology solutions such as AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in risk management operations.

What you'll need:Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in credit risk management, underwriting, or fraud prevention roles. Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product, and Engineering. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in leveraging data-driven insights to formulate risk management strategies.

Familiarity with digital collection strategies and effective debt management processes. Experience and awareness of advanced technological resources, particularly AI-driven tools for risk management. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
