The role of Senior Risk Manager is critical in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating operational risks within the business. This involves working closely with senior leaders to ensure resilience and align with regulatory requirements.

  4. Leadership and Governance: Foster a risk-aware culture, providing training and guidance to employees on risk management best practices.
