Our Risk Management team plays a critical role in monitoring front-line performance and ensuring the business remains on safe footing. The Controls (1LoD) team works across functions, products, and regions to identify risks and opportunities.

We are seeking an experienced Business Risk Manager to create a first line of defence for Revolut Private, working closely with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles, experience in a similar role, and excellent communication skills.

  • Developing and implementing risk management strategies
  • Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
