The role of Enterprise Risk Management Specialist is a critical component of the organization's risk management framework. This position serves as the front-line risk team for the organization, accountable for assessing and instituting effective management of Enterprise Risks.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, assess, and mitigate enterprise-wide risks through proactive monitoring and analysis of business processes and market trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain the organization's ERM framework, ensuring alignment with enterprise policies, frameworks, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant risk management standards and best practices by implementing and maintaining an effective risk management system.
- Continuously improve the ERM framework based on internal and external assessments, leveraging industry-leading practices and technologies to optimize risk mitigation strategies.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of risk management principles, frameworks, and best practices, as well as exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills. They will partner with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks in both business-as-usual processes and across change initiatives.
Required Skills:- Proven expertise in risk management, with a strong understanding of risk assessment, mitigation, and monitoring.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate risk-related information to various stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration, and at least 3 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
