- Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Professional to lead our People Risk governance, operational risk controls, and compliance oversight.
- This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to drive effective risk management strategies.
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management frameworks, identifying and assessing risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Additionally, you will design and implement control frameworks to address operational risk and ensure effective risk mitigation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Implement and maintain effective risk management processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Develop and present reports on risk management performance.
