Compliance Analyst Role
The role will serve as a key point of contact for the Enterprise Compliant and Compliance Incident Management programs within Fair Practices team.

This position assists in managing complaints and incidents to ensure policy adherence and regulatory compliance. It also analyzes data and identifies trends and risks to enable prompt issue resolution, minimizing organizational risk.

In this capacity, you will collaborate internally to enhance the quality and effectiveness of risk management processes, analyze and assess risks to provide informed recommendations for mitigation strategies, work outside defined processes to determine appropriate actions in complex situations, and serve as a subject matter resource for entry-level and developing colleagues on risk management practices and strategies.

You will engage with stakeholders to communicate risk assessments and proposed solutions, review and assist in the triage of complaints for proper handling, tracking, and escalation, coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and business partners on complaint remediation efforts, conduct monitoring and testing activities to ensure adherence to complaint policies and procedures, and develop and update analytical metrics using tools such as Power Bi to assist in complaint visualization of complaint trends and areas of focus.

Key qualifications include experience in complaint management, incident management, compliance, risk management, or related field, proven experience in conducting monitoring, testing, or quality assurance activities, strong data analysis skills, including using tools such as Power Bi, Qualtrics, Excel, or other data visualization platforms, strong understanding of enterprise complaint and incident management frameworks, ability to interpret policy and regulatory requirements and apply them in practice, high energy and creativity, and desire to work in a growing and changing environment.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, minimum 5 years relevant work experience.
