Job Overview

We are hiring Head Of HR - Manufacturing TD & OD at Almighty HRD Consultants is a full-time role based in Coimbatore. This position will lead the Training & Development and Organizational Development initiatives within the manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will drive strategies that align with the company's vision while effectively managing employee growth, engagement, and leadership development processes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive experience in organizational development, training, and development, essential for the strategic alignment and growth of manufacturing operations (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in career planning and succession management to ensure a robust talent pipeline and leadership readiness (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven ability in organizational leadership, required for guiding and influencing senior management on strategic HR initiatives.
  • Competency-based development skills to foster a workforce capable of meeting current and future operational challenges.
  • Deep understanding of employee engagement strategies to promote a positive work culture that enhances productivity and satisfaction.
  • Experience in performance management to drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives and promote organizational success.
