Job Role:
- Responsible for end to end recruitment
- Effective Utilization of various sourcing channels such as Resdex, FoundIt, Social Media, LinkedIn and Candidate Referral
- Source candidates through various recruitment channels viz. job Portals, referral, LinkedIn, and through other networking sites
- Quick turnaround of quality resumes within the specified time limits and identifying the "right candidate"
- Telephonic HR screening of the candidates as per the given Job Description.
- Provide timely feedback to the candidates and build strong rapport with the candidate
- Post selection Follow up with offered candidates till they join
