Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources professional located in Mumbai. The Human Resources role involves managing recruitment processes, developing HR strategies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks include creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role will also involve staff training, performance evaluations, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Knowledge of HR strategies and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a fast-growing or startup environment is a plus
