Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an area sales manager in the Derma Division, located in Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot, Kutch. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading and managing a sales team, achieving sales targets, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and staying updated on market trends. Additional responsibilities include identifying business growth opportunities in the dermatology segment and ensuring compliance with company sales policies.

  • Strong expertise in sales strategy, sales management, and achieving sales targets
  • Team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills to foster client trust
  • Knowledge of dermatology products and market trends preferred
  • Proficiency in analyzing market data and identifying growth opportunities
  • Ability to work collaboratively while adhering to company policies and goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales is a plus
