  4. Find, select, and onboard new sales representatives, ensuring they have the necessary skills and product knowledge.
  5. Manage and mentor the sales team, providing coaching, setting performance goals, and developing incentive plans to drive high performance.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to help team members improve their skills.
  7. Keep track of market changes, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  8. Long-term relationships with key clients and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
