Role & responsibilities :

The roles and responsibilities are as below:

  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and

competitors.

  • Maintain a good network of dealers, distributors, retailers, architectures, government department, etc.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance
  • Manage and coach sales team
  • Assist in developing the annual marketing and sales plans
  • Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities

Preferred candidate profile

  • Master's Degree or equivalent with 5-7 years in similar profile
  • No frequent job changes.
  • Good Communication & presentation skills in English & Regional language.
