About Us

At Craft Home Interiors, we specialize in creating stunning, functional spaces through high-quality interior design and fit-out services. From concept to completion, we transform residential and commercial interiors with craftsmanship, creativity, and care. We're growing and we're looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our team and drive that growth.

The Role

As our Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. You'll lead and grow a small but high-performing sales team, work closely with designers and project managers and develop relationships with clients, architects and contractors. This is a high-impact role for someone who is passionate about interiors and skilled in building business.

What You'll Do


• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets


• Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial and corporate sectors


• Lead, mentor and manage the sales team to achieve performance goals


• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, architects and real estate developers


• Oversee the full sales cycle: from first contact to final agreement


• Track sales KPIs and report to leadership


• Collaborate with design and project teams to deliver seamless client experiences


• Represent Craft Home Interiors at industry events, exhibitions and networking forums

What We're Looking For

5+ years of sales experience, ideally in interior design, fit-outs, architecture or construction

Strong leadership and team management skills

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities

Solid understanding of interior fit-out project lifecycles

Familiar with CRM tools and sales tracking systems

A network in real estate, architecture or design sectors is a strong plus

Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture or related field preferred
