Job Description:

A Well Knowned Furniture Brand at kochi is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong skills in driving sales, handling customer relations, and managing showroom performance. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the furniture sales industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the showroom sales team.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed product knowledge.
  • Develop sales strategies to improve footfall and conversions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure quality service.
  • Oversee showroom display, product arrangement, and stock coordination.
  • Track daily sales, prepare reports, and update management.
  • Train and support the sales team to improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in furniture sales or related field.
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team.
  • Good understanding of furniture products and market trends.
  • Ability to work with monthly targets and deliver results.
