We are hiring an energetic automobile sales manager plays a crucial role in the automotive industry, overseeing the sales department and ensuring that sales targets are met.

Job description;

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Set sales goals and objectives for the team.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and manage sales staff.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure the sales team provides excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and manage vehicle inventory.
  • Coordinate with the inventory manager to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Ensure that the showroom is well-organized and vehicles are properly displayed.
  • Develop marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional materials.
  • Participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote the dealership.
  • Prepare and manage the sales department budget.
  • Monitor sales revenue and expenses.
  • Ensure that sales activities are within budgetary constraints.

Profile requirement;

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Relevant certifications or training in sales management can be advantageous.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in automotive sales.
  • A valid driver's license is typically required.
