We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Manager – Sales to lead business growth for our HRMS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in enterprise sales, proven leadership in building client relationships, and a strong background in driving technology solution adoption within diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for HRMS software and related products.
  • Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities within enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to track emerging HR technology trends, competitor activities, and new market segments.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads while building strong relationships with clients
  • Drive revenue growth by closing deals and expanding the HRMS customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, implementation, and operations to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to leadership.
  • Oversee key account management activities, including contract renewals, timely payment collection, and resolution of client concerns.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales/business development experience, with at least 5 years in HRMS or enterprise software solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating and executing successful sales strategies in HRMS.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining long-term client relationships at leadership levels.
  • Deep understanding of HR functions, workforce management challenges, and technology-driven solutions
