Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving and exceeding targets. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, capable of working independently, and skilled in managing the day-to-day operations of the sales department. This role requires frequent travel across Kerala to drive business growth and build strong client relationships.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass monthly and annual targets.
  • Oversee daily operations of the sales department, ensuring smooth workflows and timely reporting.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to optimize strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Travel extensively across Kerala to meet business and client requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
  • Two wheeler(Own Vehicle) or Four wheeler required.
  • Travel across Kerala to meet business and client requirements.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to manage and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Travel across Kerala required
  • Experience with sales forecasting and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Experience in the technology or services industry will be an added advantage.

Job type: Full Time

Pay: INR 30, ,000 per month

Schedule: Day Shift

Supplemental Pay: Commission Pay

Education: Bachelors (preferred)

Travel: All over Kerala

Experience: 3 or 4 years preferred
