Salary:
Up to ₹1.5 Lakh per month (based on current CTC)

About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced
Director of Sales
to lead the sales efforts for our 4-star property in Andheri East, Mumbai. The right candidate will bring strong knowledge of Mumbai's corporate, travel, and MICE markets, with a passion for building relationships that translate into revenue and long-term guest loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and market share.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve consistent results.
- Build strong relationships with
corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners
. - Secure new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, and group segments.
- Drive
contracting, negotiations, and pricing strategies
to maintain a competitive edge. - Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams for business alignment.
- Stay updated on
market trends and competitor activity
to ensure strong positioning. - Represent the hotel at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5–10 years of experience
in hospitality sales, with at least
2–3 years in a leadership role
. - Strong network within Mumbai's
corporate and travel markets
. - Proven success in
achieving and exceeding sales targets
. - Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with hotel sales systems (Opera, Delphi, Salesforce, or similar).
- Passionate about hospitality with a
guest-first approach
in business strategy.
