About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Advertising Sales - Associate Director / Director
to lead our ad sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and partners. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring someone who can set vision, lead teams, and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Leadership:
    Own advertising revenue targets across digital, print, broadcast, or other platforms.
  • Strategy & Planning:
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize ad revenue and market share.
  • Client Acquisition & Management:
    Build, nurture, and expand relationships with brands, agencies, and media buyers.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team; set clear goals and drive accountability.
  • Partnership Development:
    Identify and secure strategic partnerships to drive incremental revenue.
  • Market Insights:
    Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product and sales strategies.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to create innovative advertising solutions.
  • Reporting:
    Track, analyze, and present revenue performance and forecasts to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8–15 years of proven ad sales experience.
  • Strong network across agencies, brands, and media ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in driving large-scale revenue growth.
  • Experience across digital, programmatic, TV, print, or multi-platform ad sales (based on company needs).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to execute hands-on.
  • MBA or relevant degree preferred.
