Job Title: HR Administrator
Key Responsibilities
1. Onboarding (Pre & Post Joining Formalities)
- Coordinate pre-joining activities including document collection, document verification, and induction planning.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences by coordinating with internal teams (IT, Admin, Payroll etc.)
- Conduct post-joining activities such as HR orientation, HRIS updates, and benefits enrollment.
2. Employee Confirmations
- Track probation periods and coordinate with managers for timely confirmation evaluations.
- Issue confirmation letters and ensure all related payroll and HRIS updates are completed.
3. Employee Query Management
- Manage and resolve employee tickets raised through ServiceNow or equivalent HR ticketing platforms.
- Ensure queries are addressed within defined SLAs and provide accurate guidance on HR policies and processes.
4. Insurance & Benefits Administration
- Prepare monthly insurance endorsement data - additions and deletions.
- Assist employees with insurance queries, claims, and documentation requirements.
5. HR MIS & Reporting
- Maintain and update various HR MIS reports including onboarding status, confirmations, exits, insurance data, and ticketing dashboards.
- Prepare periodic reports for leadership review, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
6. Exit Formalities
- Handle employee exit processes including resignation acknowledgment, exit interviews scheduling, full & final documentation coordination, and clearance formalities.
- Ensure all exit-related updates in HRIS, payroll, and insurance systems are completed accurately.
