The Opportunity

Wizpro is seeking an HR & Admin Executive to join its Pune office. The role is ideal for women professionals with a strong recruitment background and a passion for people operations and organizational development. You will manage end-to-end hiring and play an active role in HR operations and administration.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (Recruitment & HR Operations)

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer extension
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and job portals
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and related documentation
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and assist with future hiring planning
  • Maintain employee records and assist with benefits administration
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR documentation

Administration

  • Prepare and manage voucher entries such as travel, petty cash, and reimbursements
  • Handle vendors, office supplies, courier services, and stationery
  • Support daily office operations, housekeeping, and internal event coordination

Profile Requirements

  • MBA in Human Resources or a related field
  • 3–4 years of HR and Administration experience (freshers not eligible)
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
