Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin & HR Executive located in Pune. The Admin & HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day office administration and HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, and employee engagement. They will handle vendor coordination, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with organizational HR policies. Additionally, they will assist in audits, reporting, and provide administrative assistance to project teams, ensuring smooth operations and people management across TREEI Foundations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Administration

  • Manage office operations, supplies, and logistics to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for staff, volunteers, and field missions.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Vendor management sourcing, negotiation, and maintaining service contracts.
  • Provide administrative support during events, workshops, and community outreach programs.
  • Assist in recruitment – posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases accurately.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of attendance and expense reports.
  • Manage employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations.
  • Provide support for performance appraisal cycles and training programs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or Business Administration.
  • 1–2 years of experience in administration / HR (NGO/CSR sector preferred).
  • Knowledge of HR management software and MS Excel.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.
  • Integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to TREEI's social mission.

Salary Range: 2.50 – 2.75 LPA (Based on experience)
