  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key organizations, including government agencies, industry associations, and academia in both countries.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for collaborative research and development projects.

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and exchange between Russian and Indian companies.

  • *Market Analysis:*

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in Russia and India.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to inform business strategy and decision-making.

  • *Stakeholder Management:*

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and academia in both countries.
