Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager in India with flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients and partners, and work closely with internal teams to deliver customized aviation solutions. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, generating reports, creating strategic plans, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive revenue growth and strengthen HADID's presence in the region.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the aviation or logistics industry
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategic plans, and execute sales initiatives effectively
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in common business tools such as CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and communication platforms
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients, attend industry events, and represent the company
