Role: Assistant Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our growing team. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team across our product categories, including workstations, loose furniture, partitions, and ergonomic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client presentations, proposals, and order closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, projects, and logistics) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain updated knowledge of IMT's product lines and European partner brands.
- Assist in preparing reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, or allied industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel as required.
