Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area
  • Implement company sales strategies, promotional plans, and schemes
  • Monitor primary and secondary sales performance
  • Ensure proper product availability and stock management in the market

Team Management

  • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Medical Representatives / Sales Executives
  • Conduct regular field work, joint calls, and performance reviews
  • Set targets for team members and track daily call reports (DCR)
  • Ensure discipline, productivity, and ethical promotion practices

Doctor & Customer Management

  • Develop strong relationships with key doctors, Vaidyas, chemists, and stockists
  • Ensure effective brand promotion and prescription generation
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and market feedback

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and product performance
  • Submit timely reports: sales reports, DCR analysis, tour plans, and review reports
  • Provide feedback to management for product and strategy improvement

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs
  • Monitor expenses and ensure budget compliance
  • Support marketing activities like CMEs, camps, and promotional events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
