We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base for labelling requirements. This role involves fieldwork in industrial areas, client acquisition, lead management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and payment collections. The candidate will work with strict sales targets and incentives based on it. Probation period of 2 months would be offered where the sales targets would be lenient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding:
- Actively identify and onboard new customers for their labelling needs.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their business requirements and offering tailored solutions.
- Fieldwork & Customer Acquisition:
- Conduct field visits in designated industrial and commercial office areas to hunt for new customers.
- Network with industry professionals and participate in relevant events to generate leads.
- Lead Management:
- Maintain an organized database of leads, tracking each stage of the sales funnel.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and effective communication with prospects to convert them into customers.
- Payment Collection:
- Monitor and manage payment collections, ensuring timely payments as per agreed due dates.
- Address any payment-related issues promptly, maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Order Processing Coordination:
- Share customer purchase orders with the back office for accurate and timely order processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to sales and customer acquisition.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Any packaging background would be a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200, ₹600,000.00 per year
