Qualified prospects and close sales for our E-commerce Marketing Services. Your core responsibilities include understanding client pain points, presenting solutions effectively, and converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct Zoom calls with qualified leads to understand their needs
Present and pitch our services in a persuasive and client-focused manner
Build strong rapport and trust with potential clients
Follow up persistently with leads needing further nurturing
Overcome objections and negotiate to close deals
Accurately log all activities (calls, deals, revenue) in Google Sheets
Maintain up-to-date client records in the CRM
Collaborate with the team to improve strategies and processes
Review call recordings daily to refine pitch and approach
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Maintain a 15%–20% closing rate from qualified leads
Deliver consistent performance on monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ensure daily CRM updates with clear and accurate communication logs
Submit daily and weekly performance report.
