This full-time on-site role of Zonal Sales Manager is based in Lucknow. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing and supporting the sales team, achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The manager will also be responsible for training and motivating the sales staff, identifying new market opportunities, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management, territory management, and business development
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Ability to analyze market trends and conduct market analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to travel frequently within the zone
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
