As a Cluster Manager in the insurance sector, s/he will be responsible for overseeing multiple branches within your designated cluster. S/He will drive business growth, ensure operational excellence, and be accountable for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of his/her cluster. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry Responsibilities/KPI's:

Team Management
Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Set and monitor sales targets for the team, ensuring they align with overall business objectives.
Drive sales initiatives to increase market share and achieve growth targets.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular visits to key clients to build and strengthen relationships.
4.
Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
5.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and team performance.
Skills and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in any field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a managerial role in the insurance sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
