The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing high-ROI ad campaigns across Meta platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, proven experience in managing large ad budgets, and the ability to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and manage high-performing Meta ad campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Audience Targeting: Leverage advanced targeting and retargeting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve cost efficiency and ROI.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with content and design teams to develop impactful, conversion-focused ad creatives.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use Meta Business Suite and analytics tools to measure campaign success, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • A/B Testing: Run structured tests on creatives, copy, and audience segments to drive performance improvements.
  • Budget Management: Handle and allocate significant monthly budgets (₹40–50 lakhs or more) effectively.
  • Market & Trend Research: Stay updated on Meta Ads policies, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns for consumer brands (preferably e-commerce or lifestyle/home décor).
  • Budget Expertise: Hands-on experience managing monthly ad spends of ₹40–50 lakhs or more.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and third-party tracking tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights.
  • Creative Insight: Ability to collaborate on high-converting ad concepts and strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting.
