We are looking for a skilled and data-driven Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and ROI optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, bid management, and creative experimentation.
  • Track and analyze campaign data to ensure maximum ROI and cost efficiency.
  • Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content team to design ad copies, visuals, and landing pages that drive conversions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with latest trends, platform updates, and ad policies on Google and Meta.
  • Manage and maintain advertising budgets across platforms efficiently.
  • Work with other departments (e.g., sales, product, HR) to align ad campaigns with business objectives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and performance marketing metrics.
  • Creative mindset for designing engaging ad strategies.
  • Strong communication and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Google Ads Certification and/or Meta Blueprint Certification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹55,000.00 per month
