Herbalmax is a fast-growing D2C nutraceutical & wellness brand, trusted by thousands of customers across India. With aggressive growth targets, we are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who can handle large-scale campaigns (₹20L+ monthly), optimize ROAS, and drive consistent customer acquisition at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize large-budget Meta Ads campaigns (₹20L+ monthly).

Build full-funnel strategies (prospecting, remarketing, retention) to maximize ROAS, AOV, and CAC efficiency.

Create and manage stacked audiences, lookalikes, custom audience retargeting, and interest-based segmentation.

Conduct creative A/B testing (hooks, formats, placements) to identify winning campaigns.

Monitor and optimize CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, and CAC in real-time.

Collaborate with creative/content teams to develop scroll-stopping ad creatives aligned with the brand.

Generate performance dashboards and reports with actionable insights for management.

Stay updated with Meta Ads Manager updates, Conversion API, and attribution models.

Scale winning campaigns profitably while maintaining 4x+ ROAS goals.

Requirements

3–6 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads with proven results in scaling ₹20L+ monthly ad spends.

Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, Pixel setup, Conversion API.

Deep understanding of e-commerce marketing funnels (TOF, MOF, BOF).

Ability to interpret analytics data and implement data-driven optimization strategies.

Solid knowledge of Shopify, GA4, Shiprocket, or attribution tools (TripleWhale, AppsFlyer).

Creative mindset with strong skills in ad copywriting, hooks, and visual ideation.

Strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced D2C growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in nutraceuticals / supplements / health & wellness e-commerce.

Knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and cross-channel scaling.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills to optimize AOV, retention, and CAC.
