About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven
Performance Marketing Specialist
with expertise in healthcare marketing to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should understand patient acquisition funnels, healthcare compliance, and how to build trust-driven campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across
Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and healthcare-specific platforms
. - Drive
patient leads, appointments, and brand visibility
for healthcare services (clinics, hospitals, doctors, or telehealth). - Conduct
keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
specific to healthcare. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, Patient Acquisition Cost) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels for
conversion rate improvement
. - Work closely with content and design teams to create
ad copies, creatives, and video campaigns
aligned with healthcare guidelines. - Ensure all campaigns comply with
healthcare advertising regulations
(Google's healthcare ad policy, Meta restrictions, HIPAA/GDPR). - Implement
remarketing & retargeting strategies
to engage potential patients. - Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while minimizing Cost per Lead (CPL).
- Stay updated on
healthcare digital marketing trends, tools, and compliance policies
.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in
performance marketing
, preferably in
healthcare or medical services
. - Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO basics, and automation tools
. - Experience with
lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking
. - Understanding of
healthcare patient journey & compliance norms
. - Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in
Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint
. - Experience with
healthcare CRM or patient management systems
. - Knowledge of
marketing automation platforms
(HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp). - Ability to handle
multi-location healthcare campaigns
(clinics, hospitals, doctors).
